Digital Media Supervisor

Award-winning Linhart Public Relations, one of the largest, most respected communications firms in the Rocky Mountain region, seeks an energetic, entrepreneurial, creative digital expert to help take our integrated B2C, B2B and public affairs programming to the next level.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of 1) solving business problems for brands and companies through the thoughtful application of data-centric digital best practices and creative thinking, and 2) conceptualizing, selling in and leading implementation of shared, owned and paid programs. We’re looking for someone to guide and collaborate with our clients and talented team, and also to engage with a stellar network of top freelance talent.

Candidates should bring seven to 10 years of experience developing and managing effective, innovative social, web and influencer programs, and amplifying earned media as appropriate. Agency experience is preferred. An understanding of how to develop, implement and measure programs on the most widely used social and digital platforms is required, as well as curiosity about emerging platforms that may interest our clients and team.

Skills sought include: Expert use of social/digital analytics and measurement tools; program planning and management; social strategy; content strategy and development; e-commerce program development and management; paid social/digital planning and implementation; budgeting; and written and oral communications, including strong presentation skills.

The ability to inspire colleagues and clients to develop their own curiosity about social and digital platforms and to assist with learning and skills-transfer, to build a deeper bench of digital capabilities for us and for client organizations, is important. We’re looking for a leader, a hands-on doer, a coach and a digital evangelist.

Collaboration and communication capabilities are vital. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to co-create effective digital/social programming with clients and colleagues on all stages of the digital journey, will bring a team-first mentality, and will take ownership of results.
